As Real Estate Goes I've been Successful in a "down market" and been Acknowledged by my fellow realtors as Rookie of the Year (2007), Have Been the M.C. Three Separate Times of the Local Realtor Association(s) and received a couple of other awards voted on by My Peers in the Real Estate Community
My Dad was a real estate broker as I was growing up, and I can remember helping him put the loose leaf binder local listing service flyers into the three ring binder in sections of under $10,000, between $10-15k, 15-20k ect.. with most of the houses being 15k-20k, this was in Los Angeles county in 1969...
times have changed!!
In Aug of 1997 my Wife and I moved to Sequim from the San Francisco bay area, mostly to give my son and daughter a safer environment to grow up in. The mountains and water looked like home to me. Clean air and water, friendly strangers and less stress (Especially less worry about my kids safety) made me feel like my first 3 years here were a vacation, even though I was working full-time!
